Cela faisait un moment qu’on n’avait pas joué au wargame de figurines Chain of Command. Il y a quelques semaines la venue de Ludo a permis de ressortir nos figurines 10mm Pendraken. France 1940.

It’s been a while since we played Chain of Command. As Ludo went to my home, we took our 10mm pendraken minis and played : France 1940.

Le terrain :

Mes français, bien qu’en défense, tentent une avance vers la ferme, qui serait un bon point fort :

( My french men advanced to defend the farm, a good strong point  )

Après quelques combats, je me retire sur la colline, face à des allemands très nombreux :

( After some fights, I went back to the hill. A large number of german were advancing ..)

.. vraiment très nombreux ces allemands !  :

( A very large german force ! )

Une fois en place, les mitrailleuses allemandes ouvrent alors un feu dévastateur… C’est en fait de moi, il est temps de se sauver .. 🙁  :

( When the german MG took position, they opened a devastating fire.. It was time to run away.. 🙁 )

Malgré ma sévère défaite ( après un début de partie plutôt positif), ce fut comme toujours une partie agréable. ( mais je me pose des questions sur l’équilibre des forces en présence.. je vais utiliser le CoCulator pour vérifier ça … )

Although I lose, it was a great game ( I was not that bad in the beginning..) I wonder about the german forces and will use the CoCulator to check the french and german forces..
