Dans le cadre d’une mini campagne pour Chain Of Command<\/strong><\/em>, j’ai re\u00e7u les ordres du joueur allemand.<\/p>\n

Son unit\u00e9, apr\u00e8s avoir franchit la rivi\u00e8re sans aucun souci autre qu’1 point de fatigue, attaque \u00e0 revers les d\u00e9fenseurs Fran\u00e7ais des faubourgs Sud de Givet. Ceux \u00e7i ont un fort moral, bien men\u00e9s par leur lieutenant.<\/p>\n

J’ai donc jou\u00e9 cette partie en solo comme les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes (cf. ci dessous)<\/p>\n

J’en d\u00e9duis que le sc\u00e9nario jou\u00e9 sera \u00ab\u00a0action retard\u00e9e, page 77\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

In our small 1940 campaign, I got the orders from the german player, and so I played this battle. I played it solo, as the previous ones (see below). <\/span><\/p>\n

The German unit .crossed the river (losing 1 fatigue point) and attacked from the rear side. I decided to play \u00ab\u00a0Delayed Action from the rulebook p. 77) The French were defending South of Givet. They had a great morale !

Action retard\u00e9e dans le sud de Givet<\/h1>\n

Apr\u00e8s une assez bonne phase de patrouille, le fran\u00e7ais peut d\u00e9fendre un peu en avant. Un de ses Jump Off Points DOIT \u00eatre sur l’arri\u00e8re ( sc\u00e9nario), ce qui suffira pour d\u00e9fendre les maisons. Avec des effectifs en avant, \u00e7a devrait emp\u00eacher l’allemand de se positionner pour pr\u00e9parer et coordonner son attaque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le placement.<\/p>\n

Les Fran\u00e7ais ont bien jou\u00e9 la pahse de patrouille, et leurs jump off points<\/em> sont au centre\u00a0 de la table. ( plus celui qui doit \u00eatre en arri\u00e8re selon le sc\u00e9nario choisit)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

Un d\u00e9ploiement rapide du fran\u00e7ais permet d’afficher clairement son plan : tenir, et infliger un maximum de pertes aux allemands.<\/p>\n

Avec l’aide de leurs sergents, ils arrivent \u00e0 maintenir les points de choc assez bas. mais ce n’est pas facile.<\/td>\n

Victoire Allemande !<\/h2>\n

Bien que n’ayant pas gagn\u00e9 le sc\u00e9nario \u00e0 proprement parl\u00e9, les allemands sont d\u00e9sormais ma\u00eetres des faubourgs sud de Givet. Ils auront perdu 9 hommes ( dont une partie est bless\u00e9e). Les Fran\u00e7ais ont subi des pertes l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieures (11 hommes). Les points de fatigue s’ajoutent lentement pour ces deux unit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Although they did not really win the scenario, the german held the ground as the french withdrew. The german lost 9 men ( some of them were only wounded), while the french lost 11 men. Fatigue points are slowly increasing.<\/span><\/p>\n

J’ai ensuite envoy\u00e9 le compte rendu succinct de cette bataille, et un \u00e9change d’ordre \u00e0 lieu.. D’autres combats sont \u00e0 venir dans cette mini campagne simpliste. Je me suis bien amus\u00e9 sur ce sc\u00e9nario. Peu d’effectifs, pas d’enjeu majeur, mais le \u00ab\u00a0frisson\u00a0\u00bb de la gestion des troupes pour une dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Then I sent back the orders to the players. More fights will come in this very simple campaign. It was a very interesting game, not that many soldiers on the board, but I had to cope with the length of the campaign, and took decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n
